The U18/21 racers (and a select few U16s) headed to Blue this past weekend for PA Cups 3, 4 & 5! Yeah, yeah, yeah… I know what you’re thinking – what happened to PA Cups 1 & 2?!? Unfortunately, at the last minute, Seven Springs wasn’t able to host them, so we’re racing a bit out of order this year…
Friday was SG, and I’m not sure these U18/21 racers have ever raced SG in PA – they tried once, but unsafe course conditions had the race cancelled after hours of slipping the course. There were six JFBB racers in attendance, 4 of them being U16. I’m happy to report that they all crossed the finish line in one piece!
GS followed on Saturday, and JFBB showed up with a full roster! The weather was great, and the kids were ready to race! The series ended with SL on Sunday, and man is it fun to watch this age group race SL – you never know what’s going to happen!
